Game is Par Quota:  A player’s quota is calculated by subtracting their playing handicap from 36.  For example, a player with a playing handicap of 16 would have a quota of 20.  This player would need to earn more than 20 points to be above their quota.  Points are earned based on the player’s Gross Score on each hole.  Points will be allocated as follows:  Hole in one: 6 points; double eagle: 5 points; eagle: 4 points; birdie: 3 points; par: 2 points; bogey: 1 point; double bogey or higher: 0 points. The Game Score is the total of points accumulated minus the quota number.  Golf Genius will calculate 8 places net in relation to par for the game in each of two flights (Flight A - GHIN Index of 17.0 or less, Flight B - GHIN Index greater than 17.0).
